Venus Villa is Committed to 100% customer satisfaction!If you are Unsatisfied for any reason on meet any barrier that cost your to cancel your stay, you may cancel your booking for to save some of your paid cash.Bellow is the cost of cancelling your stay!

We understand that situation arise in which you must cancel your booking.It is therefore requested that if you mast cancel your your booking in not more than 24 hours.This will enable you save 60% of your money where by we take off 40% of the total paid money while booking our room.

Bookings which are cancelled with more than 24 hours may be subject to a 100% total paid money for stay where by it considered as he/she supported our activity for goodwill and we're really thankfull for your doing.

Also you may book a room with us and end up not coming due to different situations or lessons on our side,Here we take back the full to total of you payment without any reduction. but if its on your side (You booked a room with us and endup not coming),Here you need to cancel your booking otherwise you may be subjected 100% total of your payments.
